My Hope for You
I provide a safe and compassionate virtual or in-person space to help you heal and grow through expressive, action-based methods like experiential, somatic, and psychodramatic techniques, as well as EMDR and inner child work. Together, we’ll address unhelpful patterns—whether they appear as addictive behaviors, emotional struggles, or relationship challenges—and explore how trauma and adverse experiences may affect your mind, emotions, and body. My goal is to guide you toward meaningful change, moving beyond survival strategies into a life of connection, fulfillment, and authenticity.
You may have developed an addiction to alcohol or drugs to help you cope/soothe; or perhaps you find your numb and dissociated with Netlfix or TikTok scrolling. When you place substances/alcohol down you may have become a workaholic and it's getting in the way, you may have found yourself becoming very codependent - or extremely independent. Some have challenges in making/keeping friendships, struggles in successfully completing tasks you used to have no challenges with, or perhaps you struggle with ‘feelings’ or you are told ‘you are numb’ or ‘you don’t do feelings’.
I have a passion in working with those who are experiencing challenges that were less than nurturing, and those experiences often appear cognitively, emotionally, and within the body - and through an array of addictive processes. Oftentimes, symptoms that show up for those experiencing the effects from trauma and other adverse experiences often feel like restlessness, being on edge, spacing out, sadness, daydreaming, feeling numb, and more. I wish to hold space with you and help you heal those wounds; while also helping guide to see perhaps behaviors that you wish to change that are no longer serving you.
I offer some weekly appts, and then 2 & 3-day Immersives (Intensives) and Workshops. This allows us to truly tap into the deeper inner world of you without having to re-connect through 50-minute sessions weekly. This also gives you more freedom to go out and live your life. I also am available to facilitate group workshops and intensives.
Have a small group of friends who wish to deeply connect and explore what is getting in the way of them living their lives? We can create together an experiential experience where this can happen.
I know reaching out for help or guidance can be a big deal, I’m happy you made the first step. It can be challenging to choose a therapist, and sometimes a bit awkward, so I wish to help make this a little simpler. I offer a 20-minute free consult for us to get to know each other briefly and see if I might be able to help you.
